Guided walks on Mount Pantokrator.
Nissaki, Corfu, Greece.
Welcome to our 'Corfu Walking' website. We are based in the village of
Nissaki, on the beautiful north east coast of Corfu, which is situated between
the clear blue Ionian sea and the foot of Mount Pantokrator, Corfu's highest
peak.
If you are visiting this part of the island, take time out from your holiday to
explore the stunning scenery that Mount Pantokrator has to offer. Our walks
start and finish in Nissaki and can be selected and tailored to give you,
whatever your ability, the opportunity to explore the real Corfu
I will accompany you and ensure that you experience the Corfu not witnessed by
the majority of visitors to this beautiful island. You will pass through sleepy
mountain villages, untouched by tourism and see the mountain's wild flowers and
wildlife including snakes, lizards, butterflies, birds of prey and the
occasional wild tortoise. Of course the goats and sheep are never far away,
sometimes heard but unseen. I have been walking for many years and in my opinion
Mount Pantokrator ranks with the best for scenery and accessibility - maybe I am
biased as this is the place that I have chosen to make my home.
